凉粉地瓜圆

食谱:妈妈的私房菜

黄色的是黄色番薯,
紫色的是紫薯做成的地瓜圆。

黄色的面团水份加不够,
面团较干,
搓成长型是会有些裂开,
煮好的地瓜圆比较硬。

紫色的面团我加多些水,
煮好的地瓜圆比较软。
煮好的地瓜圆加了凉粉和糖水,
简单的甜品就完成了。

老公觉得两种地瓜圆都稍微硬了些,
我想下次揉面团时要再加多些水,
地瓜圆切小块些应该会比较好。
